Order & Delivery
- The parcels are delivered by postal means to the adress given by the buyer during the order.
- Shipping costs are included in the invoice
- The Seller commits preparing the orders within 15 days after the order's validation.
- The delivery time is given in working days from the release of the parcel by the warehouse.
- A time extension of the delivery doesn't give right to damages.
- In case of non-delivery due to the carrier, the Seller commits to resend the whole or a part of the order according to this Policy.
- The Buyer must check the condition of the parcel and all the products at the delivery and before accepting the parcel from the carrier.
- The checking is considered as done as soon as the buyer or a signatory given by the buyer has signed the delivery note.
- If the Buyer sees an anomaly on the parcel, a tear or any damage, he must check the condition of the products.
- If the products are damaged, the Buyer must refuse the delivery and indicate on the delivery note the following statement : ‘refused Parcel due to opening or damages’.
- The details asked by the Seller are necessary to proceed with the delivery and will be only given to the legal partners of the company Styles and Crafts SARL and are needed to proceed with the order.
Return & Exchanges
- We offer return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The Buyer must ask for a return or exchange within this period by sending an e-mail to info@lutays.com
- The return costs are supported by the buyer.
- We advise the Buyer to use the insurrance of his forwarder to secure the parcel.
- The Buyer must send its return parcel within 14 days after the sending of the e-mail.
- The goods must be send in the original parcel with all accessories and tags.
- The goods must be returned in a perfect condition.
- Will not be accepted any dirty goods, stained, used, damaged, washed, or anything making it unsuitable for reselling.
- The refund will be made within 30 days after receiving the returned goods.
- If the return is not accepted, the parcel will be send back to the buyer at the delivery adress.
- Returns are not accepted for Made To Order products.
